Filtering by individual values in a single cell

Hi

I've found lots of references to comma seperated values but not quite what I'm after. 

I have a file with multiple fields, listing various details for different programs we run. The data comes from Microsoft Forms, so one of the fields has multiple options a user can select (The Target Group). 

What I'm hoping to be able to do is find a way to have a visual filter on all of the specific examples in the Target Group. I've attached an example below, so ideally I'd like to filter by Target Group A, B, C, D etc without having to pick the specific combination entered into the cell.

I understand I can split into multiple columns by delimiter, but as there's about 30 different entries it just becomes too messy, and then unpivoting seems to get rid of all the other columns in my table. 

Any help would be appreciated!

Program name	Address	Target Group
Program 1	Address 1	Target Group A, Target Group B, Target Group C
Program 2	Address 2	Target Group A
Program 3	Address 3	Target Group A, Target Group B
Program 4	Address 4	Target Group C

Hi @bennyjmc 

Split Column is probably the best option here as doing it with DAX would not be efficient.
You can avoid all the problems of Unpivoting, if you use Split into Rows option as on the screenshot below.
