Dynamic Titles - (January 2019 Version)
I am trying to create Dynamic Titles, but for some reason when I go to the Title from "Format" there are no ellipsis (where red dots are indicatedwhere they should be located) and you can't right click on the title to bring up the conditional formatting window..

I could not reproduce this issue, the ellipse can be clicked on my side. Please install the latest version and check if this issue persists.
