Hello
This has been bugging me for a while and I wonder if somebody could help.
I need to filter departments out that are below 10 as I don't want that data to be seen.
However, by filtering these departments out, it effects the overall totals by taking the numbers out of the top total.
Example below
Directorate: Marketing - Headcount 50
Sub department 1 - Headcount 20
Sub department 2 - Headcount 20
Sud department 3 - Headcount 5
Sub department 4 - Headcount 5
When I filter out those departments under 10, it takes away correctly departments 3 & 4 but brings the overall total down to 40 and I want it to stay at 50
This is just one example of the departmental level problem I have.
Any help anybody could give would be great
Thanks
Richard
That seems to be a standard application of ALLSEELCTED. What have you tried and where are you stuck?
