Filter within a Measure

Hi All,

I am writing a measure to count all records containing "director" within a job title collumn. However they all vary. Instead of using "IN", what can I use to pick up anything containing "director"?

Example of my measure below.

Unfortunately my knowledge is quite basic and i am not familiar with custom functions or R Script :(, but thanks!
