Filter in Visual Studio

I need help to calculate a new column i Visual Studio.

My data table includes turnover per ordernumber (multiple lines per ordernumber) and it inlcudes data for 2 months (current and next month). The new column should show the turnover if the ordernumber exist in next month - if the ordernumber only exists in current month the turnover should be 0. What to do???

Thanks a lot in advance.

@HEW

What do you mean "calculate a new column i Visual Studio"? I assume you want to create a calcualted column within Power BI Desktop.

In this scenario, you must make sure the 2 months dates contiguous. You can use lookupvalue() to check the existence of same date in next month. Please try formula below:

Column = IF(
LOOKUPVALUE(Table[OrderNumber],
Table[Date],
PARALLELPERIOD(Table[Date],1,MONTH))=BLANK(),
0,
CALCULATE(SUM(Table[TurnOver]),
ALLEXCEPT(Table,Table[OrderNumber]))
)

Reference:

PARALLELPERIOD Function (DAX)
