Hi,
I was wondering if there was some power query equation I could use to make sure we keep all projects with 5,N,N,Y for each project name, but also making sure to keep 4,Y,Y,Y as those are the pending quotes for the projects. I'm trying to get it down to one quote per project but making sure all the ordered ones are filtered out first which is what 5,N,N,Y but also keeping the pending quotes for the ones that are not ordered. Here is some sample data:
So in this example the Benson Polytechnic High School has both ordered and pending quote on it. How would I filter out just the ordered one but also keep all the other pending ones for the other projects.
We want to help you but your description is too vaugue. Please write it again clearly.
Provide example input data as table text (not a screen print) so we can import the data to build a solution for you.
Also provide the example desired output, with a clear description of the process flow.
Remember not to share private data ... we don't want you to get into trouble. 😧
Take care to use the same table and field names in the input, output and description so we can understand your problem and help you.
You will get a quick response if you put time and effort into writing clear problem descriptions.
Vaugue descriptions can waste your time and ourtime.
Look foward to helping you when the above information is forthcoming
