Filter equation question
Hi, I was wondering if there was some power query equation I could use to make sure we keep all projects with 5,N,N,Y for each project name, but also making sure to keep 4,Y,Y,Y as those are the pending quotes for the projects. I'm trying to get it down to one quote per project but making sure all the ordered ones are filtered out first which is what 5,N,N,Y but also keeping the pending quotes for the ones that are not ordered. Here is some sample data: So in this example the Benson Polytechnic High School has both ordered and pending quote on it. How would I filter out just the ordered one but also keep all the other pending ones for the other projects.382Views0likes1CommentHIt Rate Calculation
Hi, I have a hit range filter of 1 month, 3 months, 6 month, 9 month, and 12 months. I need to filter out the total trans amount for each one of those to get the hit rate. I also have the total quoted amount for each month so like January 2020 etc. So for 1 month I need the 1 month hit range trans amount divided by the quoted amount in that specific month. For 3 months I would need 1 and 3 Months added together divided by the total quoted amount for that specific month and etc. What caculations would I needed to be done to get this? Here is the data for January 2020. Thank youSolved1.8KViews0likes1CommentQuoted amount changes when it sets to sum in table
Hi, I was wondering why the quoted amount keeps changing when I set it to sum in the table. I am trying to get the total but it keeps giving me the wrong result as it keeps switching the values. Here is the correct values when not summarized: And then here is the values when sum is set for the measure: I was wondering why this is happening, and how can I get the total for quoted amount if the sum function won't work. Hi, I am doing a hit rate project and I was wondering how I could get the total quoted amount to be the same for 1 month, 3 month, 6 month, 9 month, and 12 month on this table. It is currently filtering out what the quoted amount is for those time periods but I need it to be the total quote amount at all times so I can get the hit rate percents. I am also making a scatter plot and line graph for this data and was wondering how I can get it so that each hit rate percent to be seperated on different lines instead of one line on the graph. I basically want the data to look like this table, how would I get that to happen in its current format.827Views0likes3CommentsRe: Filter out ordered projects but also keeping other projects that are not ordered
Here is some saple data, I want to try and keep and all the ones with 5 in first as those are the ordered quotes. I want to keep the highest quote for the project as well. The problem I have is some of the ordered ones are not the highest quote value for that project which is why I have multiple quotes for one project. How would I filter out the non ordered quotes on those specific projects where the highest quote value is not ordered but there is an ordered quote against that project. And also keep the other projects that do not have an ordered quote against it.557Views0likes0CommentsFilter out ordered projects but also keeping other projects that are not ordered
Hi, I have a report that has multiple projects that sometimes have multiple quotes listed on it for sales that are either ordered, pending, won, or lost. I want to get the data to show only 1 quote per project but include all the ordered quotes to start. How would I put a filter on this along with keeping all the other projects that do not have a ordered quote. Hi I was wondering what logic I need to build in to create a hit rate range for this: Days to First Order (days between FirstQuotedDate and BrandFirstOrderedDate): 1 - 91: 0 to 3 Months 92 - 182: 3 to 6 Months 183 - 273: 6 to 9 Months 274 - 364: 9 to 12 Months 365+: 12 Months or older Here is an example of some of the data I have: The PO date is the brand first ordered date in this case. I was wondering how what logic I need to create that hit rate range from the data I have above. Thank you480Views0likes1CommentRe: Excluding data query help
Hi, I actually got the measurement query now to work. I was wondering though how do you get it to include the current month as well. It is only filtering out the 4 months prior to the current month and I was wondering how do you get the measurement to include July for example. So I would want the data to be filtered out would be July, June, May and April.1.1KViews0likes1Comment
