Filter by Elements

I have Project GoogleSheet Where I need just get the data ...    I have 4 Elements and i want filter only 3 (so people can chnage the value reagrding there Use)    and when thse 3 fileter is unch...

    Hi SkorpionAAM ,

     

    Based on your description, first you need to create a disconnected table as slicer, then create a measure and apply it to the visual level filter.

    Table 2 = CALCULATETABLE(DISTINCT('Table'[B]),FILTER('Table','Table'[B]<>"Total"))
    Measure = 
IF(ISFILTERED('Table 2'[B]),IF(MAX('Table'[B]) in VALUES('Table 2'[B]),1,0),1)

SkorpionAAM why not add a page level or visual level filter, select 3 elements, hide and lock the filter so that client cannot change it.
