Filter Selection

Hi everyone,

I have a slicer which gives me options, vs US Rates and vs Europe Rates.

image1.PNGimage2.PNG

As you can see, X-axis is Currency Code. With selection "vs USD" I need my X-axis to have few Currencies (say HKD, AED, SAR, AUD,NZD,CAD) and with "vs EUR", I need remaining Currencies.

Can this be done in .? If so please let me know.

If some one who want to see actual data, please do a private message so that I can share the file(confidentiality issues).

Any help is highly appreciated.

Thank You

Hi pxg08680,

I have made a sample table like below based on your description:

If my sample data is like yours, then you can follow steps below:

1.PNG

1.Click Edit Queries -> Add Column -> Custom Column to add columns [vs EUR] and [vs USD] using your function.

2.PNG

2.Click columns [vs EUR] and [vs USD], then click Transform -> Unpivot Columns to make column name be row values.

3.PNG

3.Create a slicer on [Attribute] column and a stacked column chart using [Category] as Axis, [Attribute] as Legend, [Value] as Value.

I appreciate your response but, I have the vs EUR and vs USD values available. All I need is when I select "vs EUR" I need to display certains currencies and for "vs USD" remaining currencies.

Ex: If I select "vs EUR", the X-axis should have PLN,CZK,CHF,NOK,SEK,GBP

and for "vs USD" all the remaing currencies.

Thank you
