Filled map with brazillian cities

Hi, I need svg files with brazillian cities and states to use in a Filled Map.  I found some in wikipedia, but it is not working. It is not explain what they used to identify the cities (name, state...

    The full solution was this:

    - Downloaded the json files (for Brazil cities) here: https://github.com/tbrugz/geodata-br;
    - Converted then to topojson (the format required for Shape Map of Powerbi) using this tool: https://mapshaper.org/;
    - In the report, inserted a Shape Map;
    - In Map settings, choose Custom Map (map type);
    - In Add a map type, chose topojson file;
    - In "View map type key" you can check what are the keys expected.
