Filled Map w/ Postal Codes only showing 1 item in Legend

This feels like a bug but I cant find it reported anywhere.

I have a very basic file set: List of Postal Codes (US) and each one has a Rep Team assigned to it. I simply want to fill in the Filled Map with the various Rep Teams to create a Territory map. There's only about 8-10 Rep Teams, so I should see 8-10 color groupings in the map.

When I pull the Postal Code into the Location Field and then Rep Team into the Legend Field, PBI Desktop (and also happens in Web) only shows the first Rep Team in my list. Its not filtered, nothing. I can change the filtering and show different Rep Teams but I cannot show multiple at once and if I do, it always defaults to first one in list (alphabetically)

See attached image.
Any ideas whats going on? I have the Postal Code set as Postal Code type. (not checking it doesn't change it)

Now, if I change this to be State, then it works fine. Problem is, I need this granularity. Is this a system issue? It takes quite a while to populate the map. I have about 45k postal codes (Canada, Islands, etc) and every one is unique in the list.

HI @AnthonyH28 ,

I'd like to suggest you use detail geo information column to help map visual locate your positions, postcode may not works well on map visuals.
