Failed to save modifications to server - not registered

Hi all,

I'm getting the following error when trying to get data into power BI.

Have already tried this resolution without success:

You may try to uninstall and reinstall the latest power bi desktop (Version: 2.64.5285.741 64-bit (November 2018)).
