Fabric Capacity Questions

  • Is the maximum size of a semantic model on an F64 Fabric capacity limited to 25 GB? If so, is there any way to increase or work around this limit?
  • Is the maximum memory per query for an F64 capacity limited to 10 GB? If so, are there any options to increase this limit or work around it?
  • Price options if we go with F16 and use Reservation and then we feel we need to go to a different SKU F32 or F64 is it possible or to be able to make this change should we be in "Pay as you go" model?

Query limit is 10gb

Both of these cannot be increased

You can upgrade the Next capacity. Work with your Partner or Microsoft Manager.

Wow, this is very useful information, especially about the 25 GB limit, it turns out that it is only a paging limit, not a model size limit. So you can explore more freely. The question of upgrading SKU from F16 to a higher one is also quite flexible, as long as it is coordinated with a partner or Microsoft Manager.
