Hello,
I have a data source A which I made a report 1 on power BI Desktop
I would like to know if it is possible to extract the data from a visualization (precisely the columns used in the visual) of report 1 to store them in a table on power BI which will be a new data source to make a second report 2 more targeted.
The goal is to automate my reporting so I don't want to export the data via excel (csv) and then import it into power BI.
An example of what I want to do.
un exmple de ce que je veux faire.
Thank you in advance for your help

Hi @Anonymous
It cannot be directly used in a new report, you need to extract data to excel then import it, but you can create power automate to export it automactically , you can refer to the following links.

Hii Yolo,
Thanks for your reply. I solved the problem by create a new table in power query with the columns used in my visualisation (report1). I used a request with Table.SelectColumns(.....) to get a new data source for my 2nd report 2. I appreciate links that you share, it's very interessing.
Best Regards
Ibrahima
