Extracting Information from R Visual

Hi All

I am running some basic time series analysis using R visuals in PowerBI to decompose the data - there are c. 5x10x3 dimensions to the data and the PowerBI framework enables me to easily run the visualisation for any combination of these dimensions (eg Decompose).

Is there any way that I can use the outputs of the R visuals outside of the visualisation, eg as a new column or measure? I assume I can do this using an R script rather than visual - but my understanding is that R scripts are only calculated when the data is refreshed, and so this does not seem viable.

Hope my question is clear - any help would be much appreciated!

Tim

Hi @TimKroemer

You can add columns of data based on R-Script in the Query Editor as one option.
