Hello,
Please advise on the steps to follow to Extract data table from a Power BI file with "Count of X"
Thanks
Hi @Haimanti _ your questins is not clear. Pls share a pbix file with dummy data and what is input and what is expected output in screen shots. Thanks
Hi @Haimanti
The 'Count of X' you mentioned, what exactly does it refer to? Is it a file name? If you want to export data from a Power BI file, you can refer to the following document.
Export data from a Power BI visualization - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
If you are connected to the data in import mode, you can directly copy the table in the table view.

@Haimanti , Not very clear.
You can create a visual and export.
Add, not summarized columns as group by and count of column in a table visual .
Or you can copy paste a table from data view to excel if needed
