Export data from publish to web report

Is it possible to export data from a report that is published on the web (public url) ? I've searched on the forums but didn't find any clear answer yet.

Here it says it is not possible, but on this public  report, the ellipsis button is available and the data can be exported(I found the report from this stackoverflow question)

It is possible to export data from a report that is published on the web.

In the limitation list of the official document,

• Exporting Data from visuals in a report, which has been published to the web.

If your report is from a published pbix file, please know the limitations:

Hi @Anonymous 

It seems impossible.

•  The option to export the data requires a Pro or Premium license and edit permissions to the dataset and report.
