Hello!
I've been struggling with a Power BI issue and hopefully someone could help here 🙂
I have some SLAs that are calculated per group category (highest hierarchy level), region, team and operator group (lowest hierarchy level).
I have two operator groups (A, B) that should be hidden when it comes to their individual values, but should always be included in total values. For example, the below highlighted rows shouldn't be there, but any of the subtotals/totals should include all values.
The point is to hide the groups' individual performance, but include their performance in the team/region/group category total.
I cannot anonymize the names and conditional formating is not an option.
Is there any way I could achieve this through DAX?
Thank you!
