Very new to powerBI - looked around but couldn't a solution for my (very simple) scenario:
I have a list were each line represents a student, the class training and the status for it (registered, attended, no show, etc).
I want to have a visual that show if the students of a specific class training, are (or were) also part of other trainings and what is/was the status for each one.
I tried to you a slicer and a matrix (student / classes and the status as values) but the column classes also gets filtered so it doesn't seem to be possible with that visual...

Thanks a lot, that's helpful.
The issue is that i want to have a matrix that allows me to filter the students of a specific class but still being able to see if they were part of other classes. For instance, in your example, if i filter the matrix for class C1, i should see all the classes A and C (not B) went and the respective status.
