Hi @Anonymous

Which kind of email box does yours?

Is it a shared mailbox?

I make a test as below and it works successfully.

In Power BI Desktop, connect to MS Exchange Online,

enter my email address (which is a outlook email, alos this account is used for Power BI Account)

select "Microsfot Account", sign in with my current account.

Finally, i can select which to connect to including "emails", "calendar", ect.

For the error message, "The specified object was not found in the store".

Follow these steps to troubleshoot the error:

When check the permission, in Power BI, To use a new information to sign in, Clear permissions in data source settings and try again.

Best Regards

Maggie

Hello Maggie,

Yes it is a shared mailbox. In fact there are 3 other shared mail boxes which I have to use in the report. I can connect to them, but for this 1 specific I cant. Also when I add it to my outlook it is working fine.

I tried to reset the permissions, but it didnt work.

Hi @Anonymous

what is differece among three mail boxes, what is the specific?

Does these three mail boxes use the account which is also your Power BI account?

From threads below, it is noted that, when connect to shared mailboxes, you need enter the shared mailbox as the mailbox parameter, then use your own UPN(user name) & password.
