Errors while loading Sharepoint List

Hi,

I am unable to refresh SharePoint List. I am able to connect to the data and load it but it fails to refresh. I validated my credentials to make sure it is connecting to the right account. I am able to connect to the same SharePoint List from the browser just fine. Here is the screenshot of the error. Really appreciate any direction on how to troubleshoot this error.

@Haripk ,

Could you share more details about what does the error message say and what does your data look like?

Regards,

Jimmy Tao

@v-yuta-msft @LewisM I had the same file working couple of weeks ago which connected to the same SharePoint List that I am connecting to now. Now, it gives me an error when I load the SharePoint list and the edit query panel does load the table. But when I go to the actual table the data is there. My manager is able to connect to the data and load it to Power BI just fine.

The data I am connecting to is the SHarePoint List.

@Haripk ,

Hi both, i'm experiencing similar issues.

I've had a file working for a while now, but since downloading the june 2019 update its broken.

I dont seem to see an error message, just the typical Query Errors folder in the Edit Queries pane with a blank table (below). As a note, I do see the data in the actual table.

After deleting the table and reloading it I got the below error message.

This issue has only come up since I downloaded the june 2019 power BI update, and if I revert to an old power BI version and do the exact same thing with the same log in details the error message goes away.

would love to hear any ideas on the cause of this? anything changed with the new update?

thanks a lot,

Lewis
