I have an issue in this.when i refresh the data it make the error .please give me a solution for this error

the column ITEMID in the mentioned table has a duplicate which means two rows with the same ID, and the relationship from this table is one to many so it shouldn't have duplicates.
in this scenario, you need to fix the duplicate value.
