Error with accessing data from Dataverse

Hello:  My employer recently migrated to Dynamics 365 CRM.  I am trying to connect to the Dataverse from Power BI but keep running into errors.  

1)  I tried pulling in the same table from the Dataverse using both Import & Direct Query - I was able to successfully open the table in Import mode but not in Direct Query (refer  image below)

2)  I tried opening the table in Power Query but ran into another error (refer attached image 2) for both Import as well as Direct Query. 

I would appreciate your guidance with trying to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.

Hi @isam2003 ,

Try to clear the Dataverse credentials and connect again using direct query mode, if it still doesn't work, check if TCP port 1433 or 5558 is blocked.
