Error while Using If Condition

Getting Error when i try to use this funcation

Difference1 = IF(VALUE(FORMAT(today()-('mms runn_status_log_v 2'[Max Status Date]) ,"string")) <= "15" , blank() , "No Action")

if(datediff('mms runn_status_log_v 2'[Max Status Date],today(), day) <=15, blank() ,"No Action")

Smaller date should be first argument in date diff

still getting error

Cannot convert value 'No Action' of type Text to type Integer.

@SkorpionAAM , Hope you are giving No action in double-quotes not in single Quote

this should would if Max Status Date is a date

if(datediff('mms runn_status_log_v 2'[Max Status Date],today(), day) <=15, blank() ,"No Action")

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.

Yes i am using No action in double-quotes
