Error message while taking data from Tabular model

DataSource.Error: AnalysisServices: The operation has been cancelled because there is not enough memory available for the application. If using a 32-bit version of the product, consider upgrading to the 64-bit version or increasing the amount of memory available on the machine.

@Parihar1980,

Firstly, do you connect to Tabular model in Power BI Desktop using Import or Connect Live option? If you choose import option, disable the following options in Power BI Desktop, also you can switch to use Connect Live option to connect to your source and check if it is successful.

Secondly, do you use 32 bit Power BI Desktop? If so, install 64 bit Power BI Desktop instead.

Thirdly, the above error can be caused by  incorrect memory setting in SSAS, please look at this blog to troubleshoot this issue. You should make the memory settings change to give a proper value to the memory limits in either percentage of server memory, or in bytes.
