Error loading Excel OneDrive file

I'm having an error when I'm trying to load an Excel spreadsheet that's on OneDrive, the error appears:
The WWW-Authenticate header does not contain a valid authorization URI. Header value: 'Bearer realm="OneDriveAPI", error="invalid_token", error_description="Malformed auth token"'. How can I solve?

I'm confused with the URL you are using here.

Generally if we don't customize the OneDrive for Business website address, it will show the format https://xxx.sharepoint.com/sites/xxx.

So please first contact your OneDrive for Business Admin or Office 365 admin to see if he could offer any further assistance regarding the OneDrive for Business website address.
