Error: Unable to Connect

Hi All. Today is my first work day with Power BI. And I try to connect with MS Dynamics Online.

I press "Get Data", then I enter the URL:
Capture.PNG
And after "Ok" I get error:
Capture.PNG

And I did not get prompted for user/password information.
How I can get connection with data?

Thanks

I have a unable to connect screen but a little different. its not really giving me any information as to why its not connecting. literally says -

Unable to connect, We encountered an error while trying to connect. Details: ""

then has the options retry, edit, or cancel.

On a side note, when I opened a blank new worksheet in Excel, went to power query and entered the exact same server name with same credentials, it let me connect and pull the tables that are currently there, which isnt anything but system tables.

so is this a Power BI Desktop issue or am I missing something? Thank you in advance for any help.

Thank you thank you. This has been a frustration for days. All it takes is a clearing of Power BI's cache as I seem to have entered the wrong credentials only once and the program has saved it in software ever since.

I am trying to connect to datasource through R-Script. I had this probelm for many days. I tried clear credential etc. It did not work.

WHen I cleared the Cache, it worked.
