Anyone know what kind of error message is this?
I just put a new excel file as usual (didn't even do any edit) but when i applied this, error message comes up again and again?

Generally, this problem is related to headers of the Excel Dimension file, I would suggest you referring to this similar problem: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/The-base-version-must-not-be-negative-when-impact-is-requested/td-p/546337
