Error Can't load model

I would like to ask for a solution regarding this problem where everytime I open PowerBI web and mobile it say's can't load model. On top of that.

 

And it shows the following message

Can't load model
The model schema associated with this report cannot be loaded. Make sure you have a connection to the server and try again.
Please try again later or contact technical support. Please provide these details if you contact them.

    You are unlikely to reach a solution in community forum for this kind of  issue that we cannot test and reproduce. I would suggestion you to create a support ticket or even ask for a phone call support in the ticket.
