Error Can't load model
I would like to ask for a solution regarding this problem where everytime I open PowerBI web and mobile it say's can't load model. On top of that. And it shows the following message Can't ...

You are unlikely to reach a solution in community forum for this kind of issue that we cannot test and reproduce. I would suggestion you to create a support ticket or even ask for a phone call support in the ticket.
