Please enable us to use hidden measures as an option for conditional formatting a column. At present it looks like you can only use 'visible' measures to provide conditional formatting.
If we have a measure that it's sole purpose is for providing conditional formatting key, it would be nice to not have it cluttering up the available list of measures of the fields view.
For clarity this is the experience when using a report linked to a live dataset. If the measure is hidden at the dataset level it is unable to be used in conditional formtting rules on the report. And because it's hidden on the dataset level, it's unable to be unhidden in the report.

@jnickell Can you unhide the measure, use it for formatting and then hide the measure?
Yes that appears to work, but it's a little convoluted since it requires working across two file to pull it off. I was trying to post this as an idea for new development and I guess that isn't what happened.
