Employee Hours Conditional Formatting Adjustment
Hi,
I have created a Resource Capacity report and I am having issues having the 40 hour week capacity adjust as it pertains to going by weeks, months and years. How can I get that to update automatically and show when resources are out of compliant or not. I currently have the first rule as If value > than 40 number and < 500 then red, unless blue. This work for showing the capacity for the week, but how can I do it when it get's to two weeks, three weeks, a month a year etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Are the shifts crossing day boundaries? What is the level of detail of the timestamps (minute level, or hour level, for example?)

How are these hours recorded? a default 8 hrs per work day? Or with actual timestamps?
