How can I replace the value of a cell based on the row and column number (not column name) with a string?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hi @PowerBeeEye ,
It is not supported to replace values based on position. If there is logic in the data you want to replace, you can try creating formulas using the function of IF, SWITCH etc. to implement it. Or you can post the sample data and the expected data. Then we can help you as soon as possible.
Best Regards,
Xue Ding

In the table below, I am trying to set the value of the cell at column 1 x row 2 to "Meat"
| Item | Cost |
| Bread | 2.5 |
| Milk | 3.0 |
| Sugar | 1.0 |
I don't want to use the column name "Item" because that name could be different each time.
@PowerBeeEye so in this example you want to replace Milk with Meat
