Hello,

 

Need to show repeated data only once. Ex: 66 and Alwar Urban should appear only once for all rows.

PFA.

use matrix visual and that will do it, make sure in formatting tab under Row Header , turn off Stepped Layout.

AFAIK, I don't think it is possible to display only the One row for 1st and 2nd column and show the rest data as is..
