Dynamic datetime parameter using table

I have two tables, Maxdate - which is having single datetime column with one row and Userdate with single datetime column with multiple rows.

I have to apply maxdate table as a dynamic parameter to the datetime column in userdate table

MaxDate is a table but you want the value from that table.

Try replacing

[SystemModstamp] <= MaxDate

with

[SystemModstamp] <= MaxDate[MaxDateTime]{0}

This takes the first (index 0) row of the MaxDateTime column of the table.

It works fine when I test something similar on my machine, so I'm not sure what's going wrong.

What exactly did you put in the formula bar?

the report has only the max date table

No Maxdate and Userdate ... Two tables it has... Max date having one row date which I have to convert into parameter and then use it as a dynamic filter in the userdate table
