Dynamic Title based on Visualization filter

Hello - I want to setup the title to be dynamic based on the filter on the visualization.

I am creating multiple visualizations (1 per question) and the filter on each is QuestionID = X (X being the QuestionID)

I want the Title to be the Question Text based on QuestionID filter. I have a questionmastertbl with the QuestionID / Question Text columns.

As An Example

Visualization

QuestionID = 1 

Title = Question Text of Question 1 (based on the Filter being QuestionID = 1 )

How do I do this?
