Hi,
I am trying to get the Partial Dynamic Title where the part of the title is constant and part of the title changes based on the column value. That column has same value in all rows.
E.g. My constant part is "Weekly TPH for" and my dynamic part will be column value.

You can create a basic Concatenation with Two different String one is Constant and another one is Field name.
You can watch this Video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_U2M0Hkotl4 , mainly watch from 4:49 on wards, which gives you how to create the Titles the way you Want.
How activate that Title into the Visual you can watch this video.
