Dynamic Matrix Table Possible?

I want to understand if its possible to build dynamic matrix table that will work on the selection of a slicer, so if I select a particular year in my slicer matrix should show me the dataset for that year with all the months, and If I select more years then matrix should get populated with selected measures.

Your needs are achievable and need to modify some measures, but you need to explain the specific logic first. Can you share some sample fake data and you desired result? So we can help you soon.

That should be possible as long as you are using year and month on row/column.

Selection of Year I have achived in this case but now I want to add an average field that should come as another column before the months, for example in below screenshot for FY19/20 I want to add another field before Apr that will show only the average and it should change as per Year selection, same goes for FY20/21, is this possible in Power BI?
