Dynamic Data Labels in Bing Map Visual

Need Help

I have attached a data table and sample images as I am not able to upload pbix file which consists of two slicers and a Map visual.

The Data Table consists of Place, Latitude, Longitude, OrderTotal and Product Categories 

With Slicers

I am trying to display data labels in the map such that when all Category sclicer values are selected, the map data labels should show - "Place : (sum of ordertotal for all Categories)"
Else when any one slicer value is selected say - Entertaintment,  the map label should show "Place : (Sum of Order total for Entertaintment)"

Currently if no slicer value is selected, the map is showing multiple data labels. I know there is no default property for dynamic labeling, so looking for a work around. 

Do let me know if any more details are needed.
