Dupplicate Rows, relationship issues

Currently I have this 4 tables I have a dilema.

"00 Campaign Performance"

"00 Key Master Data"

"00 Targets"

"00 Google ads"

the relationships I have between this situation

creates me different values for FCT when it should be constants

and this following  table (which it should be like this)

and when I change the relationship of "00 Campaign perf" to a single direction, the graph I want works and shows how it suppose to be however the table brings me duplicates with the Currency
