In the visual set that field to 'Don't summarize'
I do not get an option to not summarize. While i already did- don't summarize to the column alone in column tools.

Could you please give us some sample data and the results you want in order to find the cause of the problem faster and get a solution? Current problem is the visual can't display the correct distinct count of visitors?
