Distance Calculation Within a Table

I am trying to calculate the distance between two locations. I however have a single latitude and longitude column. Is there a way to calculate the distance I want with just two columns? A sample table has been included.

Latitude	Longitude
23.449	-89.673
52.367	-90.794
30.92	-102.354
