This one is tricky. If you can create 3 new measures i.e. One that calculate Income for min(year), one for max(year) etc... Then plot those measures in your chart and change it into a stacked column chart. (Dont remove your current measures). Your new measures will be on top. Then on colors, change the bar color of your new measures to white. On Data labels, turn the labels for your existing measure off and On for the new measures. You can then play around with the position, but the Inside end will be the most proper for the display.
