Hi,
I am quite new to Power BI and am having a real head-scratcher at the moment trying to get a visual to illustrate how may times a list of employees have been given an award.
The data-set looks a little like these columns below.
Name: Employee ID, Award reasoning / comments / value etc.
Jim , 1 ,
Phil , 2 ,
Greg , 3 ,
Jim ,1 ,
etc.
On a visual I want to show the count of how many employees have been awarded once, twice, three, etc. times. Help much appreciated!

Hi @Anonymous,
I would suggest you create a calculated table. One stone two birds.
Table = SUMMARIZE ( 'Table1', 'Table1'[Name], "times", COUNT ( Table1[Name] ) )
Best Regards,
Dale

Thank you!
Well, the issue here is your x-axis, you will need to use the disconnected table trick I believe to achieve what you want.
In general, to use a measure in that way, you need to use the Disconnected Table Trick as this article demonstrates: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/Solving-Attendance-with-the-Disconnected-Table-Trick...
