I would suggest you create a calculated table. One stone two birds.
Table = SUMMARIZE ( 'Table1', 'Table1'[Name], "times", COUNT ( Table1[Name] ) )

Well, the issue here is your x-axis, you will need to use the disconnected table trick I believe to achieve what you want.
