If you want last refresh time in your report. Add a new table in powerquery with a step DateTime.LocalNow(). The will get calculated at refresh time, and you can show in a card on your report
just want simple display as below without creating code.

oh it was mixed and I removed Direct Query then now data refreshed time is visible
