Display dashboard refresh time

How can I change setting to display last refreshed time?

If you want last refresh time in your report. Add a new table in powerquery with a step DateTime.LocalNow(). The will get calculated at refresh time, and you can show in a card on your report

sound a bit strange as my other PBIs have data updated field automatically without setting up any...

Maybe this report is in Direct Query / Live mode / Mix ?

oh it was mixed and I removed Direct Query then now data refreshed time is visible
