Hi,
I'm trying to show a comparison of employee type(new starts/non new starts) hitting their target over a period of time.
Example data
| Outcome | Employee type | Date |
Below | New Start | 18 March 2022 |
| Above | New Start | 18 March 2022 |
| On Target | Non New Start | 18 February 2022 |
| Below | Non New Start | 18 February 2022 |
| On Target | New Start | 18 January 2022 |
I have created 2 measures to calculate the new starts and non new starts and have the date linked to a calendar table. However in my visualization i can only choose the option of a count/countdistinct or percentage of the grand total.
I want to show the data as a month by month graph with a percentage value for the employee type achieving the outcome for each month.
Anyone able to help with calculating a measure for this?
Essentially I just want the count to show as a percentage value
Hi,
So I would expect my results to look like this but with the percentage calculations for the month
When I've calculated it manually I would get these % figures. I want these as a data label rather than the count I have now.
non new starts
on target 55%
below 20%
above 9%
new starts
on target 6.7%
below 6.7%
above 1.3%
The graph is correct I just can't figure out how to get the data labels to show as a percentage for the month rather than the grand total.
