The auto unit of the display unit has failed. In the past, it automatically displayed in millions, but now it shows all numbers instead. Is this related to the Power BI upgrade? Additionally, when the display unit is switched from auto to thousand, some values in the chart still show as thousands while others show as millions.
Many thanks for your reply! My temporary solution is indeed to manually adjust the unit, but for a long-term solution, I’m still looking for an automatic unit adjustment, as I have a wide range of values from K to Billions for both region and country users in the same dashboard.
This issue with the auto-unit functionality only started after January. I strongly suspect there’s a bug that appeared after upgrading to the latest version of Power BI (January 2025). Currently, I’m using the version from October 2024.
I would like to know if the solution is to purchase the latest version, or if a Microsoft technician can fix this bug in the October 2024 version.
