Disable Table Refresh

I'm trying to disable refresh of a table that connects to a view in a SQL DB that is currently having issue. When I uncheck "Include in Report Refresh" and click "Close & Apply", Power BI attempts to "evaluate" the table which causes it to query the view even though I disabled refresh.

How can I disable this refresh so that I can just use the data as it currently is in the report while the DB issue is resolved?

@willclein , At the time close and apply it do check for data sanity for the changes which are done.  You can refer to this blog, there are few more tips provided there if those can help https://www.thebiccountant.com/speedperformance-aspects/

@willclein Not certain there is a solution for that exactly.
